Chad will be leading the youth mentorship program and support property maintenance, finance, and administration.

Johanna will be coordinate respite care and activities on the farm while supporting youth mentorship and animal care.

and coming with experience and passion for leading youth in personal growth and athletics, Caleb will coordinating the children's counselling program and leading volunteers

Orton-Gillingham Practitioner. Respite provider (6 years) and foster home (3 years). Experienced organizer and facilitator of children and youth programs and camps. Talayna seeks to build community and foster belonging on the farm
